1. What Halden provides

Halden helps you create AI-generated videos, including scripts, images, narration and editing. Available features depend on the workflow, plan and credits you use. Some features rely on third-party providers and may be delayed, unavailable or unsuccessful.

Generated content may contain errors. Review every video before publishing. Halden does not guarantee views, sales, commissions, revenue, platform approval or any other outcome. Goals you select are your targets, not promised results or included video quantities.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, or have any consent required by applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and must contact us if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Your content and responsibilities

Only upload or use material you have the right to use, including product images, music, voices and people’s likenesses. You give Halden permission to process that material through its service providers as needed to deliver the features you request.

Do not use Halden for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, impersonation without authorization, unauthorized account access or attempts to bypass usage limits. You are responsible for checking product claims, advertising and affiliate disclosures, and the rules of any platform where you publish. AI output does not guarantee exclusive ownership or clearance of third-party rights.

4. Payments, credits and subscriptions

The checkout shows the amount due, billing interval, trial or introductory period and renewal terms that apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled.

For the TikTok Shop introductory offer, the disclosed charge is $0.99 today, followed by $13.90 per month after 7 days. The monthly subscription renews each month unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through the billing controls in your account.

Video creation uses the credits available to your account. Credits are usage units, not money, and do not guarantee a fixed number of videos. If you enable Auto Recharge, additional charges follow the settings and terms displayed in your account.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the billing controls in your account. Canceling prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Applicable law and any specific terms disclosed with your purchase govern refund rights. Contact us if you need billing help. Disconnecting a social account does not cancel your Halden subscription.

5. Connected platforms

Connecting TikTok or another platform is optional and requires your authorization. You must comply with that platform’s terms and grant only access you are authorized to provide. Connecting TikTok does not itself publish videos or grant access to TikTok Shop commissions. Halden is an independent service, not TikTok, and does not guarantee platform access or approval.

6. Availability and account restrictions

We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements. Service interruptions and provider failures can occur. Keep copies of content you want to retain. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
